We all know that everyone has a different tolerance of pain. If one person considers not painful at all could be devastating to another. Some people described the feeling as a “hot scratch” while some said it was “annoying”. Most said it was not nearly as bad as they feared. And in general, the hurt depends on the image size and also the different parts of body. Broadly speaking, large scale tattoo will hurt more as the process of tattoo is you have the tattoo needles entering your skin about thousand times a minute. And we all know tattoos in those joints and bones such as ankle and backbones hurt more that those full of fats. However, the most important thing to remember is after the pain has gone all you are left with is the tattoo, so don’t wimp out on size or location because you are worried about it hurting. It takes only a couple of hours and you will be left with the result for the rest of your life. So no pain, no gain!
