Why the power supply doesnot work?

The power supply will be hot after working for 1 hour. If it work continuously long than 2 hours, the fuse of it is easy to broke. If the fuse was broke, change the replace one. Every power supply has two fuse, one in use and the other one is beside it as replacement. The vidio shows how to change the fuse.
